Dr. Karon Wilson is the Founder and CEO of WHOLE Leadership, dedicated to equipping Christian women to lead with biblical identity, emotional wholeness, and unwavering faith. Drawing on her experience in leadership development, human resources, ministry, and coaching, she creates transformational experiences that help women lead with greater confidence, clarity, and purpose.
Through workshops, speaking engagements, and leadership formation, Dr. Karon empowers women to embrace their God-given calling while remaining rooted in truth, strengthened in spirit, and whole in every season of leadership.
