Weariness Is Information, Not Failure

Leadership can be deeply rewarding, but it can also be exhausting.
Many women believe the answer to weariness is simply to work harder, pray longer, or push through one more season. Yet exhaustion is often more than physical fatigue—it can be an invitation to pay attention.

Weariness doesn't always mean you've failed. Sometimes it reveals that your soul needs care.
Listen Before You Push Forward
Instead of ignoring your exhaustion, ask yourself:
What has been draining me?
Have I been carrying responsibilities God never asked me to carry?
Have I made space for rest, prayer, and healthy relationships?
Healthy Leadership Includes Healthy Rhythms
God never designed leadership to be sustained by constant striving. Rest, reflection, healthy boundaries, and trusted community are all part of faithful leadership.
Choosing to slow down isn't giving up—it is making room for God to renew your strength.
Faithfulness Over Performance
The healthiest leaders are not the busiest leaders. They are the ones who understand that lasting impact flows from abiding in Christ rather than constantly proving themselves.
As you move through this week, remember that caring for your inner life is not selfish—it is essential.
Reflection: What is your weariness trying to teach you today, and what is one healthy step you can take toward renewal?
